Booking/ Cancelation Policy

By booking an appointment you will be confirming that you have read and fully understand the booking and cancellation policies.

Services are by appointments only. It is a $100 fee for the following locations: Staten Island and New Jersey ,Westchester. (No Exceptions).

All treatments have a $90.00 deposit and go towards your treatment total amount. You will receive your confirmation after the deposit. When you make a deposit, it is a part of payment for your treatment.

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Appointments are considered booked once payment information is received and processed.

Once booked ALL deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE.

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. Therefore, we respectfully request appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

When you buy a package All session needs to be scheduled once a week. Package are to be used with 6 months of purchase, please be aware before you buy a package massage.
